1. The Offer is available only to customers (“Eligible Customers”) who have successfully enrolled as HSBC One+ Members, completed registration for the Offer within the Promotional Period and received a Confirmation Notice, subject to quota availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. The promotional period for this Offer is from November 26, 2025 to February 28, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotional Period”).
3. HSBC One+ membership enrollment eligibility is subject to the HSBC One+ Membership Program Terms and Conditions, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
4. What is the Offer: Eligible Customer can enjoy an one-year free coverage of HSBC One Travel Insurance (“Policy”) provided by AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“AXA”).
5. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (and its successors and assigns) (the “Bank” or “HSBC”) reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and the Offer may be withdrawn or terminated by the Bank at its discretion without prior notice. The Bank accepts no liability for any such change, withdrawal and / or termination.
6. Eligible Customers will receive a Confirmation Notice, which serves as proof for their insurance coverage under the Policy, no later than March 31, 2026. Issuance of the Confirmation Notice is strictly subject to remaining quota availability at the time of successful registration and completion of all eligibility requirements. Completion of registration alone does not guarantee eligibility or entitlement to the insurance coverage under the Policy unless the Confirmation Notice is received.
7. The Offer is subject to a limited quota and will be allocated to Eligible Customers strictly in order of successful registration, verified by the time of completion of all eligibility requirements and issuance of a Confirmation Notice by HSBC. Once the quota is fulfilled, no additional Confirmation Notices will be issued, and HSBC and AXA accept no liability or obligation to any person who did not receive a Confirmation Notice, regardless of registration or application status.
8. HSBC One Travel Insurance is a group contract of insurance underwritten by AXA and issued to HSBC as the policyholder.
9. The Offer is provided for covered trip(s) of the Eligible Customers during the coverage period stated in the Confirmation Notice.
10. Eligible Customers, their accompanying spouse/partner and dependent(s) who is an unmarried child aged under 24 years old, provided that the child is a full-time student if aged over 21, shall be the eligible insured persons of the covered trips.
11. The Bank is not the insurance underwriter of the Offer. AXA is the insurance underwriter solely responsible for all coverage, exclusions, indemnity and compensation. AXA is not a subsidiary or an affiliate of the Bank.
12. This Terms and Conditions is not a policy or contract of insurance. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the Policy provided. Unless otherwise specified, insurance products are not bank deposits or obligations of, guaranteed or insured by HSBC or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or by any local government agency.
13. Eligible Customers may call AXA Insurance Service Hotline at (852) 2894 4687 for any enquiries regarding the Policy and the claim process.
14. Eligible Customers will be bound by the Terms and Conditions and the Policy terms and should meet the relevant requirements as may be amended by AXA from time to time. All claims, disputes and complaints should be referred directly to AXA.
15. When submitting claims, AXA will require Eligible Customers to provide a Confirmation Notice issued by HSBC as proof of their eligibility.
16. Final decision will be made in accordance with the terms of the Policy. HSBC and AXA reserve the right to make the final decision on all claims.
17. The Bank is not responsible for the quality and availability of the Policy and have no control over the scope of services provided by the AXA to the Eligible Customer and the Bank is not liable for any costs, losses or damages suffered by the Eligible Customer. 18. No person other than the Eligible Customer and the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
19. The Eligible Customer must not reproduce, copy, change or publish the Confirmation Notice in any form or by any means;or misuse the Confirmation Notice. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and conditions of the Confirmation Notice, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant Confirmation Notice and the Offer. All consequences, losses and/or damages shall be borne by the Eligible Customer.
20. The Offer is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.
21. In the event of any dispute arising out of the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
22. Where there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
23. The Offer under this promotion is provided subject to the prevailing regulatory requirements.
24. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
25. Each of the Bank and the Eligible Customer submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region but these Terms and Conditions may be enforced in the courts of any competent jurisdiction.
